Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de chematul în garanţie M.F.P., prin DGFP Mureş. Admite recursul declarat de chematul în garanţie M.E.C.T.S.. Modifică în parte hotărârea atacată în sensul că drepturile salariale cuvenite reclamanţilor se vor acorda pt. perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.03.2009. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei atacate.
