Nefondat
În baza art. 312 C.pr.civ. respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de recurenţii pârâţi Păun/Teodorescu Georgeta, Teodorescu Lascăr Dan, Paraschiv Tatiana Dana şi Teodorescu Dragoş Lucian împotriva sent.civ. 1524 din 05.10.2010 a Judecătoriei Urziceni. În baza art. 274 C.pr.civ. obligă recurenţii la plata către intimaţii reclamanţi a sumei de 500 lei cheltuieli de judecată. Irevocabilă.
