Admis recurs

Respinge ca nefondat recursul chematului în garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice prin DGFP Mureş. Admite recursul Ministrului Educaţiei Cercetării Tineretului şi Sportului. Modifică în parte hotărârea în sensul că drepturile salariale vor fi acordate pt.. perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.03.2009. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii.
