Soluţionare
Respinge ca tardiv recursul declarat de Min. Finanţelor Publice, prin DGFP Mureş.
Admite recursul declarat de M.E.C.T.S. împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.
Modifică în parte hotărârea atacată în sensul că admite în parte acţiunea reclamanţilor, prin reprezentant legal Sind. Înv. Preuniversitar Mureş.
Obligă în solidar, pârâta la calcularea şi la plata în fsavoarea fiecărui reclamant a drepturilor băneşti reprezentând diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale cuvenite, calculate conform valorii coeficientului de multiplicare 1,000 de 400 lei, conform Legii 221/2008, şi drepturile salariale efectiv încasate pentru perioada în care reclamanţii au fost angajaţii unităţii şcolare pârâte în intervalul 1.10.2008 - 31.03.2009.
Respinge pretenţiile reclamanţilor pentru intervalul 31.03.2009 - 31.12.2009.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţiile ale hot. atacate.
Cu opinie separată în sensul respingerii ca nefondat a recursului M.E.C.T.S.
