Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa de ajutor financiar prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006, respectiv dintre echivalentul în lei a 100 euro ce vor fi calculaţi în funcţiue de cursul de schimb valutar ce va exista la data plăţii şi suma de 150 RON plătită în decembrie 2009. Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie. Obligă pârâtul MFP să aloce MECTS fondurile necesare plăţii sumelor sus menţionate. Definitivă şi executorie de drept. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 9 martie 2011.
