Soluţionare

Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Inspectoratul Judeţean Constanţa. Admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii Şcoala cu clasele I – VIII Ghindăreşti, Consiliul Local Ghindăreşti şi Primarul Comunei Ghindăreşti la calcularea drepturilor salariale rezultate din aplicarea Legii nr. 221/2008 şi plata către reclamanţi a diferenţelor dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite pentru perioada 01.10.2008 – 31.12.2009, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţia la data plăţii efective, corespunzător perioadei efectiv lucrate în unitatea de învăţământ. Respinge cererea formulată în contradictoriu cu Inspectoratul Judeţean Constanţa ca fiind îndreptată împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă. Definitivă şi executorie de drept. Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi 08.07.2010.
