Soluţionare
Admite recursurile.Modifică în parte s.c.893/03.09.2010 pronunţată de Trib.Neamţ în sensul că admite în parte acţiunea formulată de reclamanta Pohoaţă Laura, Ivan Sorina şi Anghel Daniel. Obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să plătească către reclamanţii sus-menţionaţi diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale calculate în raport de valoarea coeficientului(1,ooo la 4oo,oo lei9 prevăzută de Legea 212/2008 şi cele acordate efectiv şi încasate pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.08.2009, diferenţe băneşti ce vor fi acvtualizate în raport de indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
