Admite cererea
Respinge excepţia inadmisibilităţii cererii formulate şi excepţia prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune, ca neîntemeiate.
Ia act că reclamanţii au renunţat la capătul de cerere având ca obiect efectuarea cuvenitelor menţiuni în carnetele de muncă.
Admite acţiunea precizată.
Constată că reclamanţii beneficiază de grupa I în procent de 100%, cât şi de condiţii deosebite de muncă pentru activităţile desfăşurate în cadrul unităţii pârâte conform raportului de expertiză Bălăceanu Valeriu.
Obligă pârâta să elibereze reclamanţilor adeverinţe din care să rezulte perioada, grupa de muncă şi procentul în care aceştia şi-au desfăşurat activitatea.
Ia act ca nu se solicita cheltuieli de judecata.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 01.02.2012.
