Admite recursurile.
Modifică sentinţa civilă nr.956 din 3 sept. 2010 a Tribunalului Neamţ, în sensul că:
Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Velescu Mihai, Botezatu Viorel, Nanu Elena, Opria Maria, Todirică Eugenia, Radu Elena, Gogoaşă Daniela, Balan Gabriel.
Admite în parte acţiunea, pentru perioada:
- 1 oct.2008 – 31 aug.2009 pentru reclamanta Maftei Paula Elena
- 1 oct.2008 – 31 aug.2009 pentru reclamanta Tacu Maria
Şi obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să plătească acestora diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale calculate în raport de valoarea coeficientului (1,000 la 400,00 lei) prevăzută de legea nr.221/2008 şi cele acordate efectiv şi încasate pentru perioada menţionată, diferenţe care vor fi actualizate în raport de indicele de inflaţie până la data plăţii efective.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
Irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 8 decembrie 2010.
