Admite recursurile.
Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă 921/03.09.2010 pronunţată de Tribunalul Neamţ în sensul că :
Admite în parte acţiunea pentru reclamanţiiBaciu Neculai pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 15.06.2009, bratu Cătălina Alexandra pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.08.2009, Burghele Lory Elisa pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.08.2009, Irimoaia Elena - pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 15.06.2009, Stângu Ioan - pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.08.2009, Vacariu Alexandra - pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.08.2009
Obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să plătească pentru reclamanţii menţionaţi pentru perioadele de mai sus diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale calculate în raport de valoarea coeficientului ( 1,000 la 400,00 lei) prevăzută de Legea 221/2008 şi cele acordate efectiv şi încasate , diferenţe ce vor fi actualizate în raport de indicele de inflaţie faţă de data plăţii efective.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
Irevocabile.
