Soluţionare
Respinge exceptia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de către pârâta Unitatea Administrativ Teritorială Bereşti-Bistriţa. Admite în parte acţiunea.. Obligă pârâta Şcoala Vasile Borcea, Com. Bereşti Bistriţa, jud. Bacău să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă aferent anului 2009-2010, în cuantum nediminuat cu 25% pentru perioada de concediu efectuat până la data de 02.07.2010 inclusiv. Obligă pârâţii Consiliul Local al Com. Bereşti Bistriţa şi Unitatea Administrativ Teritorială Bereşti Bistriţa la asigurarea finanţării plăţii sumelor mai sus menţionate. Definitivă şi executorie. Cu drept de recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare. Cu opinia separată a domnului asistent judiciar Cătălin Făghian, care este pentru admiterea acţiunii aşa cum a fost formulată. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 25.05.2011
