Admite cererea pentru lipsă de apărare formulată de recurenta-pârâtă Societatea Naţională a Lignitului Oltenia SA.
Amână judecarea cauzei la 18 mai 2011, pentru când se va cita recurenta-pârâtă şi intimata-pârâtă Subunitatea EMC Berbeşti, cu copia întâmpinării depusă la dosar de intimaţii-reclamanţi.
În baza dispoziţiilor art.153 alin.1 Cod procedură civilă, părţile au termen în cunoştinţă.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, astăzi 27 Aprilie 2011, la Curtea de Apel Piteşti-Secţia civilă, pentru cauze privind conflicte de muncă şi asigurări sociale şi pentru cauze cu minori şi de familie.
