Respingere recurs

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de Sindicatul Liber Educaţia împotriva sentinţei civile nr.225/2.02.2011 a Tribunalului Galaţi.
Admite recursurile declarate de Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Galaţi, Colegiul Tehnic Traian Vuia Galaţi, Ministerul Educaţiei,Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului declarate împotriva sentinţei civile nr.225/2011 a Tribunalului Galaţi, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că:
Respinge ca nefondat capătul de cerere privind sporul de vechime calculat pentru orele prestate la plata cu ora/cumul, actualizat.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
