Amână cauza
Constată că este competentă teritorial a soluţiona cauza.
Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune invocată de către pârâtă, prin întâmpinare, în ceea ce priveşte cererea privind obligarea pârâtei la plata primei ocazionate de Ziua Ceferiştilor pentru anul 2006 şi respinge excepţia prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune invocată de către pârâtă în ceea ce priveşte celelalte capete de cerere.
Admite în parte acţiunea, astfel cum a fost precizată
