Soluţionare
Admite contestaţia.
Respinge excepţia necompetenţei materiale a Tribunalului Tulcea, ca nefondată.
Anulează decizia nr. 48/21.02.2011, emisă de Autoritatea Navală Română, numai în ceea ce-i priveşte pe contestatori, ca netemeinică şi nelegală.
Obligă intimaţii la plata către contestatori a diferenţelor salariale aferente anului 2011, prin aplicarea majorării de 15 % la drepturile salariale stabilite prin ultimul act adiţional la contractul individual de muncă al fiecărui contestator, conform Contractului colectiv de muncă în vigoare până la data de 31.12.2011, pentru perioada 01 ianuarie 2011 – 09 iunie 2011.
