Respinge excepţia prescripţiei parţiale a dreptului material la acţiune al reclamanţilor invocată de pârâtă, ca neîntemeiată.
Admite în parte cererea Obligă pârâta la acordarea către reclamanţi a tichetelor de masă lunare, pentru perioada 01.04.2009 – 21.04.2010, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 81 din Contractul Colectiv de muncă pe anii 2006 – 2008 şi a Contractului Colectiv de muncă încheiat la nivel de Unitate pe anii 2009 – 2010.
Respinge cererea reclamanţilor privind obligarea pârâtei la acordarea tichetelor de masă pentru perioada 21.04.2010 – 30.04.2010, ca nefondată.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţat în şedinţă publică azi 27.07.2011.
