Amână cauza
Încuviinţează cererile de amânare formulate de intimatele creditoare UNIUNEA JUDEŢEANĂ A COOPERATIEI DE CONSUM VÂLCEA şi DUCA LUXARA.
Emiterea unei adrese către recurenta creditoare cu menţiunea de a preciza dacă a înţeles să conteste intrarea în faliment a debitoarei sau tabelul preliminar al creanţelor debitoarei S* R** I**** S**.
Amână judecarea cauzei la data de 13 decembrie 2011, ora 10,00, pentru când se va repeta procedura de citare cu intimatul lichidator C** V******* D***** L***** şi intimatele creditoare S* A*** L****** I** S*, AFP CRAIOVA, PRIMĂRIA CRAIOVA, SC SKS STAKUSIT RO SRL, SC DEN BRAVEN ROMANIA COMEX SRL, DUCA LUXARA, DRAGHICI MIHAELA, R.A. TERMOFICARE şi administratorul special DRAGHICI ION LUCIAN cu menţiunea că se va pune în discuţie tardivitatea declarării recursului.
