Admitere recurs
Admite recursul promovat de M.F.P. prin D.G.F.P.Neamţ. Modifică, în parte, sentinţa recurată în sensul cvă înlătură din dispozitiv obligaţia( de a vira) M.F.P. de a vira în bugetul MECTS fondurile necesare plăţii ajutorului ca urmare a admiterii excepţiei lipsei calităţii procesuale a M.F.P. şi admiterii, în parte, a acţiunii.
