Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea promovată de reclamanţi. Obligă pe pârâtul Colegiul Tehnic ,,Paul Dimo" Galaţi să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa de drepturi neacordate de la 130 lei la 100 euro, reprezentând suma cuvenită reclamanţilor pe anul 2009 pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale. Obligă pe pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* G***** să aloce unităţii şcolare sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului financiar menţionat mai sus. Obligă pe pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării şi Inovării să aloce pârâtului I************ Ş***** J******* G***** sumele pretinse prin prezenta cerere.
