Amână cauza

Admite acţiunea. Dispune anularea deciziei nr. 31/23.03.2010 emisă de Primăria Mun. Rm Vâlcea-Direcţia Administrării Domeniului Public . Obligă pârâta să emită o nouă decizie prin care să acorde reclamantului în numele şi pentru membrii săi de sindicat Floarea Dumitru,Puica Mihail,Mitu Mihaela, Balaşoiu Iorgu,Barbu Carmen Mihaela,Boncan Mihai,Busagă Ion, Busui Victor, Busui Simion, Calugaraşu Constantin,Căpătan Liliana, Căpraru Popa Sevastian Alin, Catea Gheorghiţa,Catea Liviu Dumitru, Colţea Ion, Deaconescu Gheorghe, Florescu Cristian, Gologan Emilian Constantin, Iacob Ion,Ionescu Relia,Iorgu Corneliu, Lincan Vasile, Matei Ion, Matei Vasile Adelin,Morcoşoiu Gheorghe, Nistoroiu Aurel,Niţă Mihai Cristian,Pârvu Alexandru, Popescu Ileana, Stanciu Dumitru,Trăistaru Vasilica,Vlădescu Gabriel,Vlăsceanu Marian , Chilimpuşi Nicolae, Lazăr Constantin Cristian, Pufu Mihai Marius, Vătăşescu Constantin Radutoate drepturile salariale avute de la data de 31 decembrie 2009 inclusiv sumele prevăzute de Contractul colectiv de muncă până la data de 28.08.2010. Definitivă. Cu recurs. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 24 iunie 2011, la sediul Tribunalului Vâlcea.
