Soluţionare
Admite acţiunea. Dispune anularea deciziei nr. 31/23.03.2010 emisă de Primăria Mun. Rm Vâlcea-Direcţia Administrării Domeniului Public .
Obligă pârâta să emită o nouă decizie prin care să acorde reclamantului în numele şi pentru membrii săi de sindicat Berbece Ioan, Bleiceanu Mihai, Bostinaru Ion, Builescu Cristian, Călugăru Constantin, Catea Dumitru, Catea Petre Adrian, Ceauşu Dumitru, Cenuşe Constantin Sorin, Dinca Ion Denis, Drăgan Ion, Făgăraş Ion, Gutui Nicolae, Guţui Nicolae Florian, Ion Marin ,Mesea Nicolae, Mihalcea Ion, Mosoreanu Marin, Neagoe Victor, Neferu Gheorghe toate drepturile salariale avute de la data de 31 decembrie 2009 inclusiv sumele prevăzute de Contractul colectiv de muncă până la data de 28.08.2010.
Definitivă. Cu recurs.
