Soluţionare
Admite acţiunea. Dispune anularea deciziei nr. 31/23.03.2010 emisă de Primăria Mun. Rm Vâlcea-Direcţia Administrării Domeniului Public .
Obligă pârâta să emită o nouă decizie prin care să acorde reclamantului în numele şi pentru membrii săi de sindicat : Dănoiu Magdalena, Matau Laurenţia-Marina, Voicu Nicolae, Pană Aurel, Albu Constantin, Bădescu Elisaveta, Bădilă Nicolae Cosmin, Bănuţ Carla Rodica, Bărbuţ Gheorghe, Buharu Gheorghe, Cazan Gheorghe, Chebăruş Loredana Ionela, Chiciu Elena Loredana, Chioşa Vasile, Chiric Maria-Măriuţa, Cîrstea Ion, Cîrstea Gheorghiţa, Crangă Luminiţa, Deaconu Mirela, Deaconu Ion toate drepturile salariale avute de la data de 31 decembrie 2009 inclusiv sumele prevăzute de Contractul colectiv de muncă până la data de 28.08.2010.
