Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1148 din 02 iunie 2011 pronunţată de Tribunalul Suceava în dosarul nr. 1371/86/2011, în sensul că: Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice Bucureşti, ca inadmisibilă. Înlătură obligaţia chematului în garanţie să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii drepturilor băneşti acordată prin sentinţa atacată. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei atacate. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 03 noiembrie 2011.
