Admitere recurs
DEC.1672 - Admite recursul declarat de cgematul în garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice - Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice Galaţi, împotriva sentinţei civile nr.969/13.05.2011 a Tribunalului Galaţi pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice şi înlătură dispoziţia de obligare a chematului în garanţie să vireze în bugetul Ministerului Educaaţiei, Cercetării şi Inovării sumele care fac obiectul acţiunii. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
