Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâtul Spitalul Judeţean de Urgenţă Tulcea, să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor, diferenţa de 50% din prima de stabilitate aferentă trimestrului IV al anului 2008, prima de stabilitate aferentă trimestrului II şi trimestrului IV al anului 2009, până la data de 12 noiembrie 2009, premiul anual pentru anii 2008 şi 2009, precum c/valoarea tichetelor de masă neacordate începând cu luna ianuarie 2009 şi până la data pronunţării hotărârii, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
Definitivă şi executorie.
Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
