Admite cererea
Respinge excepţia tardivităţii introducerii acţiunii invocată de pârâta .
Admite acţiunea formulată de U.S.L.I.P Iaşi, în contradictoriu cu pârâţii .
Obligă unităţile de învăţământ pârâte să calculeze drepturile salariale cuvenite reclamanţilor în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 221/2008 şi să achite reclamanţilor diferenţele dintre drepturile salariale încasate şi cele cuvenite în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 221/2008, actualizate cu cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective, aferente perioadei 01.10.2008-31.12.2009.
Definitivă.
