Admite cererea
Respinge excepţia autorităţii de lucru judecat în acţiunea formulată de U.S.L.I.P Iaşi,în numele şi pentru reclamanta M.E. , excepţie invocată de pârâta Şc. „A.C.B” Iaşi.
Admite acţiunea formulată de Uniunea U.S.L.I.P.Iaşi, în contradictoriu cu pârâţii .
Obligă unităţile de învăţământ pârâte să calculeze drepturile salariale cuvenite reclamanţilor în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 221/2008 şi să achite reclamanţilor diferenţele dintre drepturile salariale încasate şi cele cuvenite în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 221/2008, actualizate cu cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective, aferente perioadei 01.10.2008 –31.12.2009.
Definitivă.
Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
