A D M I T E recursurile declarate de pârâţii MINISTERUL PUBLIC - şi PARCHETUL DE PE LÂNGĂ ÎNALTA CURTE DE CASAŢIE ŞI JUSTIŢIE, PARCHETUL DE PE LÂNGĂ CURTEA DE APEL GALAŢI şi PARCHETUL DE PE LÂNGĂ TRIBUNALUL VRANCEA, împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 507/27.05.2011 a Tribunalului Vrancea, pe care o m o d i f i c ă în p a r t e şi, în r e j u d e c a r e:
R E S P I N G E ca n e f o n d a t ă acţiunea reclamanţilor formulată împotriva pârâţilor.
Î n l ă t u r ă din sentinţa recurată dispoziţia de obligare a pârâţilor: PARCHETUL DE PE LÂNGĂ TRIBUNALUL VRANCEA, PARCHETUL DE PE LÂNGĂ CURTEA DE APEL GALAŢI şi PARCHETUL DE PE LÂNGĂ ÎNALTA CURTE DE CASAŢIE ŞI JUSTIŢIE la plata premiului anual aferent anului 2010, către reclamanţi.
M e n ţ i n e restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei recurate.
