Respingere recurs
Respinge că nefondat recursul declarat de recurenta Comisia locală pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenurilor Cluj-Napoca, împotriva Sentinţei civile nr.12.329/29 Septembrie 2010, pronunţată în dosarul civil nr.16.464/211/2008 al Judecătoriei Cluj-Napoca, pe care o menţine în totul.
Respinge cererea formulată de intimaţi pentru obligarea recurentei la plata cheltuielilor de judecată.
