Admite cererea
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice ca nefondată.

Obligă pârâţii ŞCOALA CU CLASELE I-VIII NR.1 VADU MOLDOVEI, Inspectoratul Şcolar al Judeţului Suceava, Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor sumele reprezentând ajutorul financiar aferent anului 2009 cuvenit potrivit art.1 şi 2 din Legea nr.315/2006 şi sumele efectiv încasate, actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei la data plăţii.
