Admitere recurs

Admite recursul. Modifică parţial sentinţa atacată, în sensul că admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a MFP şi respinge acţiunea faţă de acest pârât. Înlătură disp. de obligare a MFP să aloce MECTS sumele necesare ajutorului financiar solicitat de reclamanţi. Menţine disp. sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă.
