Admite cererea

Admite acţiunea. Obligă pe pârâţii Liceul Teoretic „Dan Barbilian” Câmpulung şi Centrul Bugetar Liceul Teoretic „Dan Barbilian” Câmpulung să calculeze reclamanţilor indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă aferentă anului 2010, în cuantum integral, nediminuată cu 25% şi să le plătească acestora diferenţa dintre indemnizaţia efectiv încasată şi cea nediminuată. Obligă pe pârâtul Municipiul Câmpulung, prin Primar, să vireze pârâţilor de mai sus fondurile necesare achitării drepturilor acordate. Obligă pe pârâţii Liceul Teoretic „Dan Barbilian” Câmpulung şi Centrul Bugetar Liceul Teoretic „Dan Barbilian” Câmpulung să plătească Sindicatului cheltuieli de judecată în cuantum de 50 lei. Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 29.09.2011.
