Soluţionare

Admite cererea. Obligă pârâta Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Drepturilor Copilului Vâlcea la plata sumei de 74 lei lunar către fiecare reclamant, pentru perioada 01.01.-31.12.2009, reprezentând drepturi speciale băneşti pentru refacerea capacităţii de muncă. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
