Admite recursul. Modifică parţial sentinţa atacată, în sensul că admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a M.F.P. şi respinge acţiunea faţă de acest pârât. Înlătură dispoziţia de obligare a M.F.P. să aloce M.E.C.T.S. sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului financiar solicitat de reclamanţi.
