Admite recursul formulat de Sindicatul Pro As în numele reclamanţilor funcţionari publici Lomachin Adriana, Csonti Carmen, Marcu Claudiu Adrian, Pascariu Ildiko, Pat Anamaria Ancuţa şi Titiş Renate, împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 109/PI/CA/26.01.2011, pronunţată de Tribunalul Timiş în dosar nr. 2148/30/2010.
