Admitere recurs
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa nr. 2177 din 7 noiembrie 2011 a Tribunalului Suceava, în sensul că admite excepţia lipsei calităţiiprocesuale pasive a MFP. Respinge acţiunea reclamanţilor în contradictoriu cu MFP pentru lipsa legitimării procesual pasive a acestuia şi înlătură obligarea acestuia de a aloca către MECTS sumele acordate prin sentinţă. Menţine celelelate dispoziţii ale sentinţei. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 20 martie 2012.
