Admis fond
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor, membri de sindicat, diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale încasate şi cele cuvenite potrivit Legii nr. 221/2008 pentru aprobarea OG nr. 15/2008, pe perioada 01.10.2008 -31.12.2009 şi până la zi, în temeiul Legii nr. 330/2009, sume ce vor fi reactualizate în funcţie de coeficientul de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâţii să introducă cuantumul acestor drepturi în baza de calcul a salariilor ce se cuvin fiecărui reclamant.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi 16.06.2011.
