DECIS 18 Admite recursul declarat de chematul în garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr.1074/15.09.2011 a Tribunalului Brăila în sensul că respinge ca nefondată cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice.Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei civile recurate.
