DECIS 1417 Admite recursul declarat de chematul în garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice împotriva sentinţei civile nr.987/14.07.2011 a Tribunalului Brăila pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că respinge ca nefondată cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de Ministerul Educaţiei,Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului împotriva Ministerului Finanţelor Publice. Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila.
