Respinge cererea de recurs
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de recurentul S.R.prin D.G.F.P.Cluj, împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 9025/2011 din data de 30.05.2011, pronunţată în dosarul civil nr. 2350/211/2008 al Judecătoriei Cluj-Napoca, pe care o menţine în totul. Obligă recurentul să plătească intimaţilor Matei suma de 2.000 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică de la 26 Octombrie 2011
