Admite cererea
Admite ca fondată acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Ş***** C* C****** I***** U***, I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila şi Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului. Obligă pe pârâta Ş***** C* C****** I***** U*** să plătească reclamanţilor sumele reprezentând ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale pe suport electronic necesare îmbunătăţirii calităţii didactice, prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006, aferent perioadei 1.01.2010-3.07.2010, actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei la data plăţii. Obligă pe pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila să aloce pârâtei Ş***** C* C****** I***** U*** sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006. Obligă pe pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului si Sportului sa aloce paratului I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006. Respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâtul M********* F********* P****** ca introdusă împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă.
Respinge ca nefondată cererea de chemare în garanţie.
