DECIS 19 Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila împotriva sentinţei civile nr.1046/8.09.2011 pronunţată de Tribunalul Brăila. Admite recursul declarat de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice împotriva sentinţei civile nr.1046/8.09.2011 pronunţată de Tribunalul Brăila. Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că respinge ca nefondată cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice.Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate.
