Admite cererea
Admite actiunea formulată de reclamanti prin reprezentant Sindicatul Invatamant Braila „Corneliu Gheorghe Carnica” in contradictoriu cu paratii.
Obligă parata Scoala cu clasele I-VIII Ciresu să plateasca reclamantilor suma reprezentand ajutorul financiar pentru achizitionarea de carti si programe educationale pe suport electronic necesare imbunatatirii calitatii didactice, prevazut de Legea nr.315/2006, aferent perioadei 01 ianuarie 2010 - 03 iulie 2010, actualizată in functie de rata inflatiei la data plaţii.
Obligă pârâtul Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Braila sa aloce paratei Scoala cu clasele I-VIII Ciresu sumele necesare platii ajutorului prevazut de Legea nr.315/2006.
Obligă pe paratul Ministerul Educatiei, Cercetarii, Tineretului si Sportului sa aloce paratului Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Braila sumele necesare platii integrale a ajutorului prevazut de Legea nr.315/2006.
Respinge actiunea fata de paratul Ministerul Finantelor Publice cu sediul in Bucuresti, strada Apollodor, nr.17, sector 5 ca introdusa impotriva unei persoane fara calitate procesuala pasiva.
Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finantelor Publice formulata de paratul Ministerul Educatiei, Cercetarii, Tineretului si Sportului.
