Admitere recurs

Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 2121 din 1.11.2011 pronunţată de Tribunalul Suceava în dosarul nr. 2431/86/2011 în sensul că: Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Ministerul Finanţelor Publice. Înlătură obligaţia pârâtului Ministerului Finanţelor Publice de a aloca către Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului sumele necesare plăţii drepturile stabilite prin hotărâre atacată. menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei atacate. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
