Admite cererea
Admite actiunea formulată in contradictoriu cu paratii Scoala cu clasele I-VIII „I. Bancila”, Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Braila şi Ministerul Educatiei, Cercetarii, Tineretului si Sportului.
Obligă parata Scoala cu clasele I-VIII „I. Bancila” să plateasca reclamantilor suma reprezentand ajutorul financiar pentru achizitionarea de carti si programe educationale pe suport electronic necesare imbunatatirii calitatii didactice, prevazut de Legea nr.315/2006, aferent perioadei 01 ianuarie 2010 - 03 iulie 2010, actualizată in functie de rata inflatiei la data plaţii.
Obligă pârâtul Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Braila sa aloce paratei Scoala cu clasele I-VIII „I. Bancila”, sumele necesare platii ajutorului prevazut de Legea nr.315/2006.
Obligă pe paratul Ministerul Educatiei, Cercetarii, Tineretului si Sportului sa aloce paratului Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Braila sumele necesare platii integrale a ajutorului prevazut de Legea nr.315/2006.
Respinge actiunea fata de paratul Ministerul Finantelor Publice ca introdusa impotriva unei persoane fara calitate procesuala pasiva.
