Admite acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Grupul Şcolar Industrial „G.Vâlsan” Făurei, Jud. Brăila, I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila si Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului.
Obligă pe pârâtul Grupul Şcolar Industrial „G.Vâlsan” Făurei să plătească reclamanţilor suma reprezentând ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale pe suport electronic necesare îmbunătăţirii calităţii didactice, prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006, aferent perioadei 01.01-03.07.2010, actualizată cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
Obligă pe pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila să aloce pârâtului Grupul Şcolar Industrial „G.Vâlsan” Făurei, Jud. Brăila, sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006.Obligă pe pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului să aloce pârâtului I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006.Respinge acţiunea faţă de pârâtul Ministerul Finanţelor Publice ca fiind introdusă împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă. Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice ca nefondată.
