Amână cauza

Amână judecarea cauzei la data de 19 septembrie 2011, ora 9,30 C3R – comercial, pentru când se va comunica recurentelor creditoare întâmpinarea formulată de intimatul administrator judiciar. Nu se vor mai concepta şi cita toţi intimaţii creditori, ci doar membrii comitetului creditorilor BANK POST SA BUCUREŞTI, PIREUS BANK ROMÂNIA SA, CAŞOTĂ CONSTANTIN EMILIAN şi SC TRANS FAG FOREST SRL BAIA DE ARAMĂ, dintre aceştia din urmă urmând a se repeta procedura de citare doar cu intimata creditoare BANK POST SA BUCUREŞTI, care va fi citată la atât la Sediul Vitan Calea Vitan 6-6A, Sector 3, 031296 Bucuresti, cât şi la Sediul Libertatii Bd. Libertatii nr. 18-20, Bl. 103-104, Sector 5, 050706 Bucuresti. De asemenea, se va repeta procedura de citare cu debitoarea prin administrator special. Pune în vedere intimatului administrator judiciar să depună tabloul complet al creditorilor.
