Admite cererea
Admite ca fondată acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Colegiul Tehnic „Edmond Nicolau”, I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila şi Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului. Obligă pe pârâtul Colegiul Tehnic „Edmond Nicolau” să plătească reclamanţilor sumele reprezentând ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale pe suport electronic necesare îmbunătăţirii calităţii didactice, prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006, aferent perioadei 1.01.2010-3.07.2010, actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei la data plăţii.
Obligă pe pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila să aloce pârâtului Colegiul Tehnic „Edmond Nicolau” sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006. Obligă pe pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului si Sportului sa aloce paratului I************ Ş***** J******* Brăila sumele necesare plăţii ajutorului prevăzut de Legea nr.315/2006. Respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâtul Ministerul Finanţelor Publice ca introdusă împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă.
