Dispune rejudecarea cauzei

DEC.190/2012 Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Brăila împotriva sentinţei civile nr.1060/2011pronunţată de Tribunalul Brăila. Admite recursul declarat de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr.1060/2011 a Tribunalului Brăila în sensul că respinge ca nefondată cererea de chemare în garanţie. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate.
