Admite cererea de îndreptare a erorii materiale
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate in sentinţa civila nr. 3776 din 17.06.2011 pronunţată in dosarul civil nr. 2843/118/2011 al Tribunalului Constanta, în sensul că se va concepta la alineatul 2 al dispozitivului în loc de Chiriţoiu Daniel – Viorel, Chiriţoiu Daniel – Mugurel şi Solomon Lucian Ghiorghe în loc de Solomon Lucian Gheorghe.
Îndreptarea se va face pe ambele exemplare ale hotărârii.
Cu recurs in 15 zile de la comunicare .
